To qualify, you’ll need strong interpersonal and consulting skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, strong collaboration and relationship management skills, and sales experience, preferably in telephone sales. A Master’s in Instructional Design in a sales organization and a minimum of 4-6 years in a fast-paced corporate training department are preferred. Knowledge of web based or self-paced training is a plus.
