Best training or information sources for Entourage database management ?

Q. Best training or information sources for Entourage database management ? I have been loosing Entourage database data and just recently realized the importance of backing up the Entourage database. I have several Old Database files that may have information lost during an Advanced Rebuild. Please pass on any information about 1) using Old Database and Old Database Cache files to recover information lost during an Advanced Rebuild, 2) setting up a system of saving Entourage database files, 3) routine management of Entourage database files that will help prevent lost data. Also, what are the best texts in print (or other sources of information) to get training and learn more about Entourage, especially database file management?
