Q. Need Sales Training Tip ? I have a 8 month old rescue GSD. I have been training him while I wait for basic obedience classes start. I can't seem to keep his head up to see what I keep in my hand. He notices it but loses interest. I tried kibble, human food but nothing keeps him eager. He'll does a sit & down/stay well & looks for his reward. He will heel but I can't keep his head behind or next to my leg. More his neck or shoulders. He does well walking on a lease/collar since he never was put on one before I had him

A. -Sat in a class & notice each dog's muzzle was kept behind or next to the owners leg. This was done with kibble in owners hand & dogs nibbling at it. So I was wondering if something had changed since I last went to obedience school. Haven't see a dog show in a long time to see whether anything had changed. My concern is my dog doesn't care for any treats, not any that would make him eager enough to give a work out. Tried the squeakie toy but then all he wants to do is play not making attempt to train. This dog for 4 months lived at free will. Actually for 6. But in the 2 I've had him he is slowly learning. He is doing fairly well considering he never had any former training at all -This con man is so smart, he's going to put himself out of business, by giving away free training information that will obviate the need for his machine and cost him sales, in many cases?
