A. -Trident Data Systems, a progressive IT company with a fast-growing network security practice is seeking an experienced sales professional to grow and manage all sales activities for the Central United States. Qualified candidate must have sales experience with an IT company and an understanding of the market in Colorado and the surrounding states. The qualified candidate will: manage leads; be responsible for territory development; devise, implement and control the business plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets; recruit and develop relationships with VARs and system integrators; provide product sales training to partners; and coordinate with selling partners on any joint sales presentations. Candidate should have a technical background or general understanding of networking hardware, operating systems, and current knowledge of information security technology and marketplace; extensive experience developing partnerships; should be especially strong in start-up situations; strong management and interpersonal skills, generating high revenue figures from highly motivated partners; experience in strategic business development; and a goal oriented, self-motivated individual.
