Need recommendations on Instructional Technology Master's Program

Q. I'm looking for recommendations on online Instructional Technology master's programs. My preference is to find a program that offers an MS and most of their program can be taken online. I have a strong technical and design background in web development and video production so I'm looking for more education and instruction emphasis than technology. Many of the programs I've been reading about are geared toward educators who want to learn to use technology in their classrooms.
